  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of your cricket equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
